Below is another beautiful letter written for our Paramus, New Jersey hospice services:

Dear Ms. D’Imperio:
It is with tremendous gratitude that I send this letter to you. The services provided by Life Source Hospice for my aunt, E.S., were second to none.
Your hospice nurse, Tina, was not only extremely knowledgeable and instinctively accurate in each of her directives for E.S., but she came to us with her arms wide open and ready to take on the challenge of an entire family. She showed extreme patience with us and always put the patient at the forefront of her decisions. Tina was available twenty-four hours a day for any directions we may have needed and was there with the family when my aunt took her last breath.
Stella, your Social Worker joined the team on the very first day E.S. was admitted to hospice and has always been available for questions and recommendations. She, along with Tina arranged for my aunt to be transfered to a family house, where she could spend her last week close to some of the people that love her. I know that was the right decision for E.S. and the for the family as a whole. Stella continues to offer her help even now that my aunt is gone.
Although I may not have met all of the aides that were sent to E.S., and I apologize to any that I may have missed, Lisa, Sonja and Cruz provided the best care for my aunt at a time when she was not always willing to understand the importance of the activities they performed. They are a caring and skilled set of ladies who kept my aunt as comfortable as she could have been.
The hospice group gave their all and the family so appreciates everything they did. From all of E.S.’s family, thank you.
Sincerely,
B.B.
